Our operative diesel generating sets match with modern CPCB standards of India and built in order to comfortably meet International standards as well. These sets are mechanized by the compress 4, 6, 8 and 12 cylinder procession of diesel engines. Our sets are exquisitely designed, noise-less, eco-friendly due to which it require minimal maintenance and low operating costs.
We have state-of-the-art production plants which are located in 6 units across the country. The DG sets are manufactured in these units which are well facilitated with cutting edge technology machines and skilled personnel.
The current array extends from 10-2250 kVA which have ability to stand under onerous situations.

LEYMARINE - Over the last four decades, Ashok Leyland has been catering to the marine segment, as well. We provide fishing vessels for several types of applications such as Purse Seining, Gillnetting, Trawling etc. Further, we also meet the requirements of our customers for sailing vessels, passenger launches, marine generating sets, auxiliary drive-in vessels, ferries, cargo vessels etc.
Our company holds pride in catering more than 25 thousands marine vessels which are known for their firm reliable and versatile engines. We are pleased to have trust and confidence of our customers due to which we are enjoying 90% market portion in the 40-200 HP marine engine fragment. This has empowered us to increase the range of engines which is covering 30-400 HP.
The 4 & 6 cylinder marine engines with N & H sequence have been the no.1 choice of the clients. This is because of their trouble free operation and continuity on the seas for a long time without turning off the engine. These engines comes with stern gear equipment, complete accessories and spare components kit to function consistently on foreign waters

We have increased the range of engines from 40-200 HP to 30-400 HP. The Leymarine power solutions lines incorporates the accessories that are named as remote controller with cable, hydraulic winches, navigational equipment, stern gear, half coupling, tuna equipment and several others.
Leypower Ocean43 GRP array of boats are of superlative standard which is highly applauded for its high level of safety, minimal maintenance, fuel efficiency, sea capability, excellent speed and comes with Ashok Leyland's reliable diesel engines. The sturdy design of boat have twin curvature rind profile with monocoque three box pattern which disperse stresses and loads. We have been catering engines for generating sets in selected models of 40 & 62.5 kVA with sophisticated inclusion of the 124 kVA model-6DTI.NG.
These engines are operating on distinctive stoichiometric combustion programme which are suitable for Indian situations of imbalance gas composition and impurities. Further, these engines with cutting edge technology are all set to meet the suggested emission standards of CPCB Tier-11 as well as EU Tier 3 guidelines with catalytic transformer.
Our valuable clients who avail our generating sets comprises Reliance Industries and Essar Oil for their Coal Bed Methane Assignments. Along with these, Cairn Energy, Small & medium industries, Indian Oil, Textile & Weaving Segments, Commercials and Residential complexes utilize our generating sets for power generation.
While 4&6 cylinder, naturally aspirated and liquid cooled, are catered with stable venture carburetion with closed loop control, distributor type ignition system and stepper motor controller. The 124 kVA, 6 cylinder 6DTI, distributor of less coil on plug kind with unsegregated ECU control is giving a scope for greener environment with modern technology.
